Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Help train, mentor and guide foremen and crew members. Meet with crew and foremen daily.
Help supervise work and schedules for foremen and crews.
Prepare client communications for Assistant Managers and Supervisors review.
Ensure procedures are followed for maintenance and protection of all company assets, such as vehicles, maintenance tools and equipment.
Ensure execution of work orders and ensure accurate and timely completion and workflow.
Support Assistant Managers and Supervisors on Timescape processing and scanning.
Assist on property inspections.
Locate, acquire and deliver highest quality landscape plants and materials as needed.
Gather information needed for purchase orders/proposals, prepare plant/flower/tree lists for Assistant Managers and Supervisors approval.
Receive certifications and continue education in the appropriate horticultural areas.
Perform any and all other duties as requested or assigned by Vice Presidents, Assistant Managers or Supervisors.
Consistently communicate with all team members utilizing CTE standards regarding all property needs/notes, meetings, schedules, jobs, etc.
Proactively assess opportunities for BDG maintenance to enhance/improve gardens and landscape maintenance at client properties.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
Experience managing a crew consisting of laborers providing landscaping or related services.
Clean driving record.
Must be fully bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish.
