TEAM UP WITH US! We are looking for a hardworking, team‑oriented technician who can provide high‑quality repair services on heavy equipment, responding to customer needs in a positive, caring, and timely manner while ensuring maximum value for work performed.
What You’ll Do
Complete assigned jobs and tasks to meet flat‑rate times and re‑do metrics.
Complete related paperwork and access required databases (work order, parts order, JSA, DBS, SIMS, SIS web, STW) accurately and timely.
Remove and install parts, disassemble and assemble components, and test and adjust assemblies with the ability to self‑monitor work quality.
Use basic hand tools, air tools, precision measuring tools and instruments, laptops, diagnostic software, cranes, and rigging equipment.
Provide accurate quotes and pricing estimates to customers.
Diagnose and troubleshoot problems, recommend repairs, and perform all critical machine and engine repairs and adjustments.
Apply specific failure‑analysis procedures in determining proper diagnosis.
Test and verify correct operation of all repairs and adjustments.
Mentor machine team members.
What You’ll Need
High school diploma or GED; or five to eight years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to obtain or currently possess adequate tooling to perform duties.
Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and to write routine reports and correspondence.
Knowledge of database software, internet software, manufacturing software, and order‑processing systems.
Clean driving record; ability to obtain a CDL within 90 days of hire for field assignments; must be at least 21 years old to operate field vehicles.
May be required to complete a DOT physical.
Successfully complete Work Steps assessment.
Flexibility to work various schedules, including shift work, required overtime, and on‑call duties.
Must be certified in air‑conditioning.
