Responsibilities
Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions in the ICU setting.
Administer medications, treatments, and life support as prescribed.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
Educate patients and families on health status and post‑discharge care.
Ensure adherence to hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control protocols.
