RN (Registered Nurse) – Carrollton / Frisco, TX
BrightStar Care is looking for a registered nurse to provide home health clinical services in the Carrollton / Frisco area. As an RN at BrightStar Care, you will deliver the highest quality care, support the client’s plan of care, and maintain accurate clinical records. Responsibilities
Provide home health clinical services.
Ensure quality and adequacy of services; supervise staff where required.
Perform care as defined by the client’s individual Plan of Care and within the scope of Texas Nurse Practice Act.
Monitor patient condition and notify appropriate personnel of any changes.
Provide services requiring substantial and specialized nursing skill.
Maintain clinical records in compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
Counsel clients and families in meeting nursing and related needs.
Qualifications
Current and unrestricted RN license in Texas.
2–5 years of infusion experience.
Ability to pass pre‑employment drug screen.
Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
Reliable car and auto insurance.
Pass state and federal criminal record checks.
Current CPR/BLS certification.
Recent (within the last year) TB/Chest X‑ray on record.
