First Shift (Sunday‑Tuesday and every other Wednesday 7:00 am – 7:00 pm; Thursday‑Saturday and every other Wednesday 7:00 am – 7:00 pm)

Responsibilities
Check truck drivers in and out Assign dock doors for inbound/outbound activity per warehouse direction and vendor assignment Verify accuracy of all shipping/receiving documentation and work with inventory to resolve issues Assist in appointment scheduling as needed Update required reports timely Communicate with customers and assist with customer needs Coordinate inbound and outbound loads Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent At least 2 years experience in SAP and Warehouse Management System (WMS) Flexibility to operate and self‑driven in a fast‑paced environment Strong verbal and written communication skills Professional relationship building with peers, supervisors, customers, and work groups Ability to multi‑task, stay highly organized, and manage time effectively Work independently and as part of a team Detail oriented with excellent follow‑up practices Intermediate PC skills in MS Office Intermediate SAP and WMS knowledge Safety Sensitive Position – may be required to operate equipment and be equipment certified depending on location
Background / Screening
