Base pay range $19.00/hr – $35.00/hr
Walmart is hiring Landscape Technicians. As an Exterior Services Technician you will keep landscapes attractive, clean, and well‑maintained by moving lawns, pruning, and fertilizing shrubs, lawns, bushes, trees, and flowers. You must enjoy working outdoors in varying weather conditions and performing physical labor.
Responsibilities
Mowing, trimming, and pruning year‑round.
Grounds maintenance of parking lots, exterior building areas, and surrounding grounds.
Team collaboration to handle all aspects of landscaping and exterior cleaning.
Adherence to safety, security, and integrity standards, ensuring compliance with corporate, local, federal, and state regulations.
Qualifications
Minimum: Vocational or Technical Certification or 2 years’ experience in Mechanical Maintenance, Facilities Maintenance, or Construction.
Preferred: Associate’s Degree or similar certification in Engineering, Maintenance, Construction Management, or related field; Certified Facilities Manager (CFM); third‑party management experience; Project Management Professional certification.
