Pay: $20.82 per hour

Work schedule: Full‑time, Monday – Friday

What you’ll do

Perform general maintenance and repairs on equipment and buildings.

Assist with technical trades such as plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry.

Maintain structures, electrical systems, heating, plumbing, ventilation, air conditioning.

Replace faulty light fixtures, outlets, fuses.

Perform minor construction and repair of structural woodwork.

Install security locks, cameras.

Perform plumbing fixtures, seals replacement.

Prepare surfaces for finishing, painting.

Perform preventative maintenance checks of buildings and equipment.

Provide on‑call support for equipment malfunctions.

Coordinate work of inmates assisting maintenance department.

Monitor tool inventory.

Essential Functions Providing cleaning, transportation, moving of equipment as needed, and other duties within scope of work determined by management.

Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent.

Three (3) years related experience required.

Valid driver’s license in New Mexico or Texas with acceptable driving record.
