Responsibilities
Complete all Atria specified training programs.
Perform basic math with two‑digit numbers and 10's and 100's using U.S. currency and measurement units.
Handle standardized tasks with minimal variation.
Work various schedules and shifts as required.
Use basic maintenance and landscaping hand tools and light power tools safely.
Work with caustic materials and cleaning equipment; understand and follow safety instructions.
Provide cleaning services for community offices, apartments, public and common areas.
Provide floor care services for carpet, tile, and wood floors, including vacuuming, extracting, buffing, sealing, and stripping.
Compact and remove trash and debris from community areas.
Maintain grounds, sidewalks, walkways, stairways, building exteriors, and garden areas.
Perform basic maintenance-related work requests.
Cut grass, trim shrubbery, and cultivate flowers (as applicable to community).
Notify management when repairs are needed.
Report unsafe conditions promptly to Supervisor.
Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness in work performed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Entry level; no prior experience required.
Demonstrated ability to understand and comply with safety instructions in English.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors.
