Bilingual CDL Driver Recruiter (English/Spanish)
Join Prime One as a Bilingual CDL Driver Recruiter. In this role you will help identify, evaluate, and hire top driving talent for our trucking team.
Position Overview The Driver Recruiter will play a key role in attracting professional drivers to join our company. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, possess strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast‑paced recruitment environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract qualified drivers.
Conduct phone and in‑person interviews to screen potential candidates.
Maintain an up‑to‑date pipeline of qualified candidates and ensure a seamless onboarding process.
Communicate job expectations clearly to candidates, including pay, routes, schedules, and benefits.
Collaborate with the HR team and management to ensure hiring goals are met.
Use social media, job boards, and industry contacts to actively source new drivers.
Follow up with leads and manage candidate databases effectively.
Qualifications
Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills (required).
Creative thinking and problem‑solving (required).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Previous driver‑recruiting experience or trucking industry knowledge preferred.
Proficiency with recruitment software and tools.
Proven sales skills with a record of meeting or exceeding goals.
