Responsibilities

Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers' needs, including building displays and end caps

Reset shelves with product rotation and track inventory to ensure stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities

Support leadership with onboarding new hires, training, and coaching team members

About You

Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner

Are 18 years or older

Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and lift up to 50 lbs.

Have reliable transportation to and from work location

Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members

Are a motivated self‑starter with a strong bias for action and results

Can work independently, but also possess successful team‑building skills

Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety‑first mentality in a retail environment
