Eaton’s Electrical Sector Americas, Assemblies & Residential Solutions (ARS) division is recruiting a Programmatic Strategy Leader – ETO Assembly for a role based at one of our facilities in Arden, NC; Charlotte, NC; El Paso, TX; or Greenwood, SC. The position offers relocation assistance for U.S. candidates and requires up to 50% travel.
Responsibilities
Lead ARS on end‑to‑end management and activities aligned to strategic deployment and execution of programmatic projects.
Determine appropriate tools and processes to manage staff levels, schedules, and resources; lead teams associated with ARS programmatic execution across the value stream.
Develop and deploy KPI’s across the end‑to‑end value stream that drive performance execution and improvement (cost, cycle time, efficiency, etc.). Leverage all parts of Eaton, including Industry 4.0, to select the right industrialization plan for current and upcoming products.
Work with applicable functions to influence investment; collaborate with PDCA/CPA design, manufacturing, plant quality and safety functions through product and process development to ensure a successful transition from design to prototype to production.
Champion the integration of Programmatic as a business process across Electrical Sector.
Support continuous improvement by leading teams to create and implement process controls, work instructions, and standard work, and provide relevant training to plant personnel.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited institution.
Minimum 7 years of experience in operations or process development.
Minimum 5 years of experience supervising or leading teams.

Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in operations / Manufacturing Engineering from an accredited institution.
Minimum 10 years of experience in new process development of industrial products.
Experience with the manufacture and assembly of complex assemblies.
Experience with planning and management of mid‑to‑large size projects.
Experience with developing business processes and change management.
Experience and knowledge of manufacturing processes in an Engineered‑To‑Order environment.
Experience in developing, implementing, and improving key performance indicator metrics through strong data analysis and continuous improvement.
Skills
Strong knowledge of supply chain practices; experience in supply chain or program management.
Knowledge of Six Sigma, VA/VE, and LEAN manufacturing tools.
Strong leadership skills and ability to drive change and accountability in a fast‑paced, matrix organization.
Proven track record in motivating technical staff, managing remote locations, driving for results, and team building.
Demonstrated knowledge of PROLaunch or equivalent phase/gate development process.
Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to build, motivate and inspire a team.
Ability to think strategically and develop long‑term plans that align with overall business objectives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Demonstrated track record of delivering on‑time program execution and exceptional customer focus.
Compensation & Benefits Expected annual salary range: $141,000 - $206,000. The role is also eligible for a variable incentive program.
