We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Entry-Level Data Analyst
to join our analytics team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or candidates with 0–2 years of experience who are eager to build a career in data analytics and business intelligence.
Responsibilities
Write and optimize
SQL queries
(SELECT, JOINs, CTEs, subqueries) to extract and analyze structured data
Perform
data cleaning, transformation, and validation
using Excel, SQL, and Python
Create and maintain
interactive dashboards
and reports using
Power BI / Tableau
Use
Python (Pandas, NumPy)
for exploratory data analysis (EDA) and basic automation
Work with
ETL processes
to load data from multiple sources into databases or data warehouses
Analyze large datasets to identify
business trends, KPIs, and performance metrics
Assist in building and maintaining
data models
and reporting tables
Conduct
data quality checks , anomaly detection, and reconciliation
Support
ad-hoc reporting
requests and business intelligence needs
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
Strong knowledge of
SQL
and
MS Excel
(VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas)
Basic experience with
Python or R
is a plus
Familiarity with
Power BI / Tableau
preferred
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
Internship or academic project experience in data analytics
Knowledge of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server)
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
