Carolina Legal Staffing is working with a local law firm and are seeking a litigation attorney with real trial experience who wants ownership, trust, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on cases and clients.
You will manage personal injury cases from litigation through resolution, including trial when necessary. You will be supported by a dedicated litigation paralegal and case manager, allowing you to focus on legal strategy, advocacy, and trial execution—not administrative work.
Responsibilities
Take ownership of personal injury cases from filing through resolution or verdict
Serve as lead or co-counsel in jury and bench trials
Conduct and defend depositions of parties, experts, and key witnesses
Handle motions practice, discovery, and pretrial strategy
Prepare for and argue hearings, mediations, and trials
Qualifications
Active South Carolina law license
Civil trial experience
Personal injury experience preferred
