Who we are and what we do JML Law seeks to handle cases in state and federal court, arbitration, and appeals at all levels within the realm of employment law and personal injury actions.
What we are looking for The ideal candidate will possess 1-3 years of litigation experience, including conducting client and witness interviews, drafting pleadings, propounding and responding to discovery, and defending depositions. Once hired, the attorney will manage an active caseload on a day‑to‑day basis under the guidance of partners, while also participating in mediations and serving as second‑chair in arbitrations and jury trials.

Licensed to practice in California
