We are seeking an Industrial Incident Investigator to join the Loss Prevention Organization (LP) at Aramco. LP provides occupational and process safety support to operations throughout Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities
Investigate industrial incidents, especially those with high consequences, and understand the hazards related to industrial facilities and their relevant controls. Identify, preserve, and examine incident evidence using widely accepted forensic science principles. Support investigation teams by ensuring proper investigation techniques are understood and used. Conduct thorough investigations using appropriate investigative tools, understand incident causation and the impact of human factors. Develop and/or thoroughly review all draft incident investigation reports and complete all stages of review. Identify recommendations that should be shared globally for corporate‑wide implementation. Develop lessons learned and safety alerts/bulletins to communicate actions to prevent recurrence. Educate employees, contractors, and others to ensure timely communication of lessons learned. Develop and review corporate safety guidance on incident investigations. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
in Engineering or Engineering Technology from an accredited institution. Experience
– 10 years or more investigating high‑consequence industrial incidents. Communication
– Excellent ability to communicate in English with peers and management; produce clear oral and written reports.
