Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations and financial activities of the company
Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
Manage the general ledger and ensure accuracy of financial data and transactions
Coordinate month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and financial reporting
Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance and support as needed
Analyze financial data and trends to identify areas for improvement and cost‑saving opportunities
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies
Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audits and reviews
Skills and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field CPA certification for this role is required. With
at least 2 years of proven experience as a general accountant Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in supervising and mentoring junior accounting staff Why join us?
