The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.

Holman Motorcars has an outstanding opportunity for a Guest Services Representative to join their team and the Holman Family.

Job Duties

Answer incoming phone calls with warm greeting, offering personalized service while connecting them with appropriate team member

Ensure each guest is personally spoken to and greeted, must be standing not sitting at the desk during interaction; as needed follow valet SOP for handoff to sales or service

Prepare store for opening: Stock fridges in the Customer Lounge, Set‑up the coffee & snack station, order/reorder supply, continually arrange couches and chairs, magazines neat and orderly; arrange a list of salespeople that check in (first come first serve) and each one will be “UP” for an hour

Rolls Royce Salesforce daily check: Create opportunities for contacts, pulling relevant information from Dealersock and adding to Salesforce

Bentley Salesforce (ORBIT) daily check: update opportunity status and examine in progress closely

Aston Salesforce daily check: Reads notes from Leads Queue, mark “Unqualified” or “Convert” to an opportunity based on notes; assigning new leads with rotation; change close and lost stages as necessary

Qualifying and sorting phone ups in Dealersocket; partnering effectively with sales team for seamless handoff; Adding new customers into CRMs; fully and accurately completing opportunity profiles

Creating POs in CDK for gas tickets and towing bills; obtain necessary signatures from sales managers before processing with accounting

Inventory report for each of 3 brands, twice weekly, new and preowned

Provide lateral support to the hospitality strategy and process

Education and/or Training

High School Diploma or equivalent

High school diploma required; related business, marketing, communications degree a plus

Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e., Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint, etc.)

Proficient with office technology and equipment, including computers, fax machines, scanners, printers, phone systems, etc.

Relevant Work Experience

2 Years of Customer Service, Hospitality or related administrative or sales support experience

Familiarity with dealership operations a plus

Experience working with ultra‑high net worth individuals a plus

Compensation Starts at $20/hr
