Founded in 2011 by a group of friends, we've blossomed into a thriving chain with over 40 locations across the Southwestern United States.
About The Role In this role, the Team Member will focus on the overall customer experience by providing extraordinary customer service, preparing efficient, consistent, and quality beverages, and maintaining a clean and well‑maintained store environment.
This position starts with 10–15 hours/week. Additional hours may be earned based on performance.
Salary Range: $15.00 per hour + BONUS (Non‑Exempt)
Location: Phoenix, Arizona (Onsite)
Job Responsibilities
Interacting with our customers effectively and empathetically to understand their needs through clear communication.
Ensuring accurate processing of cash and card transactions.
Consistently preparing high‑quality products based on company’s recipes and each customer's needs.
Adapting and following instructions using adequate comprehension skills.
Adhering to safety policies and procedures, including security, handling equipment, etc. (first‑in, first‑out).
Reporting to work at the prescribed time for each scheduled shift and fulfilling job requirements for the duration of the shift.
Communicating effectively and proactively with management and team members.
Performing all work‑related tasks as assigned by your supervisor.
Requirements And Qualifications
Must be able to regularly lift at least 45 lbs.
Availability on one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) is required.
Capability to work collaboratively to meet store needs.
Well‑organized, self‑motivated, and positive team attitude.
Proficiency in basic math skills.
Flexibility to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift.
Capacity to learn quickly, carry out oral and written instructions, and request clarification when needed.
Must be able to maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
Capability to adhere to instructions provided by supervisor and management.
Ability to interact productively with coworkers to meet store goals.
