Overview A breakfast attendant is the first person many guests will see in the morning as they wake up to start their important day. This position will be responsible for cooking large volumes of food for the hotel's complimentary breakfast offering. You will make omelets and eggs to guest order specifications. This is a guest‑facing position and will require a positive attitude. You will assist the breakfast team with cleanliness, ordering, preparing inventory and any food preparation needed.

Must have a working knowledge of food sanitation, nutrition, allergies, and cross‑contamination. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is a morning person with a great attitude to help the guests get their day started with a smile.

Responsibilities

Cooking large volumes of food

Making omelets and eggs to guest order specifications

Kitchen food preparation

Kitchen & restaurant cleanliness

Greeting guests and responding to queries

Refresh breakfast buffet as needed

Setting up and breaking down of the breakfast buffet or breakfast dining area

Clean and maintain coffee station

Dishwashing

Follow proper food safety guidelines

Provide inventory needs to proper management

Job Requirements

Weekend availability

A keen eye for detail, time management and great customer service skills

Pleasant and friendly demeanor

Able to work as a team and independently

Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards

Physical mobility and stamina

Must be able to pass a background check

Ability to follow instructions
