You’ll support the culinary team by maintaining sanitation standards and assisting with basic kitchen tasks as needed. This role is essential to smooth kitchen operations and requires reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. Key Responsibilities
Ensure a clean and organized workspace in the kitchen pit. Wash dishes and maintain kitchen cleanliness. Assist with basic food preparation as required. Report to the Kitchen Manager or Executive Chef. Potential career progression to line cook, prep cook, or kitchen management. Education & Experience
Hotel experience is a plus. Applicants should have a combination of education and experience. What You’ll Need to Succeed
Eligibility to work in the United States. Education/literacy to identify and read product labels and communicate with guests. Physical ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required.
