Reality Capture & Digital Layout Specialist
Haskell is looking for a member of its VDC team to leverage Building Information Modeling (BIM) technologies and VDC workflows for digital layout of self‑perform and QA/QC tasks. The role involves laser scanning, laser scan registration, scan‑to‑BIM, drone operations, and other cutting‑edge technical skillsets to support project teams as they design, manage, and execute projects.
Responsibilities
Use BIM technologies and VDC workflows for digital layout of self‑perform and QA/QC projects.
Conduct laser scanning, laser scan registration, and scan‑to‑BIM conversion for project sites.
Perform drone operations and other advanced measurement activities to capture project data.
Work independently on small teams in fast‑paced projects with high attention to detail.
Support project teams in design, management, and execution phases through accurate digital models.
Travel frequently to U.S. job sites and participate in conferences and trade shows to learn and implement new scanning equipment and techniques.
Adapt quickly to new technology and contribute to continuous improvement of scanning and layout processes.
