Contract & Full time Job Summary The Functional Architect (ISG) will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing solutions using Sterling Store Web and IBM Sterling OMS Admin. With a focus on In‑Store Vendor Management the candidate will ensure seamless integration and functionality across systems. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of Sterling‑Reverse Logistics and a commitment to enhancing operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of solutions using Sterling Store Web to optimize store operations and vendor management.
Oversee the integration of IBM Sterling OMS Admin to ensure seamless order management processes.
Provide expertise in Sterling OMS to enhance system functionality and user experience.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement Sterling‑Reverse Logistics solutions improving return processes.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for system enhancements.
Develop and maintain documentation for system architecture and processes to ensure clarity and consistency.
Conduct regular system audits to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on system capabilities and best practices.
Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure alignment and integration of systems.
Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies to enhance system capabilities.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all system implementations.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the security and integrity of system data.
Qualifications
Possess extensive experience in Sterling Store Web and IBM Sterling OMS Admin demonstrating a deep understanding of system functionalities.
Have a strong background in Sterling‑Reverse Logistics showcasing the ability to optimize return processes.
Demonstrate expertise in In‑Store Vendor Management ensuring effective coordination and integration of vendor systems.
Exhibit proficiency in English language skills including native‑level speaking, reading, and writing capabilities.
Display a solid understanding of hybrid work models adapting to both remote and in‑office environments effectively.
Showcase a minimum of 10 years of experience in relevant technical and domain skills with a maximum of 14 years.
Demonstrate the ability to work independently and collaboratively ensuring successful project outcomes.
Certifications Required IBM Certified Solution Architect – Sterling Order Management IBM Sterling OMS Admin Certification
