Base Pay Range $140,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr
Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Associate Attorney specializing in employment law and specifically wage and hour class and PAGA actions. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting case research, preparing legal documents, and representing clients in negotiations or litigation. Key responsibilities include analyzing cases, gathering evidence, developing legal strategies, drafting motions, and ensuring client rights are safeguarded through diligent legal representation.
Qualifications
Strong foundation and expertise in Law and Labor and Employment Law
Proficiency in conducting thorough legal Research and providing sound Legal Advice
Effective Negotiation and advocacy skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Licensed to practice law in California and in good standing with the State Bar of California
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a remote team environment
Commitment to justice and empathy for clients who have experienced workplace violations
