About the Role We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to provide individualized, in-home therapy to children. You'll focus on improving motor function, strength, balance, and coordination to help each child reach their highest potential.
Scheduling Options
Part-Time: Fewer than 24 visits per week
Full-Time: 25+ visits per week

Key Responsibilities
Conduct developmental assessments and evaluations.
Design customized treatment plans based on child-specific goals.
Educate caregivers on home-based therapeutic exercises.

Requirements
Licensed Physical Therapist in Texas
Experience in pediatric home health or related field preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and families
Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) documentation
Ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for diverse patient needs
Flexibility and adaptability to work with children who have varying diagnoses and challenges
