Responsibilities
Work 1-on-1 with clients in their homes to ensure they remain safe, comfortable and independent.
Provide companionship, light hands‑on assistance, heavy hands‑on bed‑bound personal care, and end‑of‑life hospice care with nurse delegation.
Assist clients with errands, light housekeeping, medication reminders, meal planning/cooking, and personal care.
Qualifications
Home Care Aide (HCA) certification or
CNA
Exemption Letter with Active NAR
Driver's License if applicable
We offer Homecare Aide Certification Training for those not yet certified

Hours Per Week
Full Time is 32 hours and eligible for all benefits.
Part Time is less than 32 hours on average.
Caregiver Client Ratio 1:1
Work Location Multiple Locations throughout King County (Seattle, North Seattle, West Seattle, South Seattle, Kirkland, Bellevue, Redmond, Bothell, Woodinville, Sammamish, Shoreline, and Des Moines).
