About Us
Millennium Therapy is a patient‑focused, therapist‑owned and managed company operating throughout Iowa, providing Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy in various settings. We are looking to add a PRN Speech Language Pathologist to our staff in Des Moines, IA for the Skilled Nursing setting.
Pay Negotiable - based on experience.

Qualifications
Master of Science Degree in Speech Language Pathology and professional licensure in the state of hire; two years of clinical experience preferred.
Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to utilize independent clinical judgment, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
Effective time‑management skills.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Requirements
Provides patient/resident assessment, care planning, direct treatment, and consultation to a general rehab caseload.
Participates in the clinical team process.
Provides teaching and training to caregiver staff.
Involvement in clinical program development.
Supervises other licensed speech therapists, assistants, technicians, aides, and students as required. Some programs with two or more speech language pathologists/assistants may provide additional administrative duties as assigned.
