We are immediately hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for full‑time, part‑time, and per diem shifts. Shift times include 7:00 am‑7:00 pm and 7:00 pm‑7:00 am for full‑time positions.

Key Responsibilities
Assist CNAs with ADL and routine care.
Conduct resident/patient treatments.
Administer medication in accordance with physician orders and the Plan of Care.
Submit pharmacy orders.
Accurately document and record all information.
Give injections of medication as prescribed.
Observe resident health to communicate current condition to RNs, supervisors, and physicians.
Take vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and weight.
Perform basic care, including wound cleaning and bandaging.
Manage IVs and start IV drips.
Monitor fluid and food intake and output.
Observe and report resident accidents, incidents, and skin breakdowns.
Assist as directed in the admissions process.
