What Brought You Here Pay – $18–$22/hour Day Shift Hours, OT as needed Benefits starting Day One Who You Are A customer service representative that ensures customers receive the support they need, with good prior data entry experience. What You Will Be Doing Provide customer service support by telephone, fax, or email, obtaining, analyzing, and verifying order information accurately and in a timely manner. Initiate corrective actions as needed to maintain excellent service standards and customer satisfaction. Identify and contribute potential sales leads to the organization. Plan and develop target markets and service packages in conjunction with project managers, territory account managers, and data entry clerks. Answer customer service calls within the first three rings. Receive, process, and verify the accuracy of orders using the company’s CRM/Axapta system and customer purchase orders. Initiate required actions for order changes, maintaining customer information files and communicating changes to appropriate departments. Proofread entered orders, ensuring correct codes before final confirmation. Collaborate with scheduling/production to meet customer expectations. Handle or refer product or service complaints to appropriate departments for investigation. Conduct follow-up calls within 3 hours for respondents with concerns or questions. Prepare price quotations for items not in the price book. Work with other regional locations to resolve problems and enhance service offerings. Answer customer technical questions regarding products and services. Modify quote status after orders are placed to ensure visibility and uniformity among sales teams. Attend regular customer service department meetings. Support continuous improvement programs and product training courses. Perform related duties and provide back‑up support to other team members as assigned by management. Skills You Bring Associate’s degree or equivalent education/experience preferred. Prior order entry and/or data entry required. Proven CSR experience in glass, construction, or manufacturing highly preferred. Proven work experience as a customer service representative. Ability to multi‑task, be organized, efficient, and accurate. Excellent communication, interpersonal, conflict management, and time management skills. Experienced Microsoft Office user, including Excel. Strong listening skills and attention to detail. Ability to calculate discounts, interest, commissions, fractions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply basic algebra and geometry concepts.
