Job Description We’re searching for qualified customer service reps with personality and people skills. We offer part or full‑time schedules that work with you, not against you. You will bake, take, or deliver pizzas during hungry hours both day and night.

Essential Responsibilities

Operate all equipment.

Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.

Prepare product.

Receive and process telephone orders.

Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.

Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

Comprehend and give correct written instructions.

Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide accurately and quickly.

Make correct monetary change.

Use motor coordination for rapid, accurate movements.

Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Job Requirements

You must be 18 years of age or older.

Physical & Work Conditions

Exposure to varying weather when removing trash and performing outside tasks.

In‑store temperatures range from 36°F to 90°F or higher.

Sudden temperature changes in work area and while outside.

Fumes from food odors.

Exposure to cornmeal dust.

Cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler.

Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500°F or higher.

Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

Sensing & Temperament

Talking and hearing on telephone.

Near and mid‑range vision for most in‑store tasks.

Depth perception.

Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.

The ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions.

Physical Requirements

Standing: majority of tasks performed from a standing position.

Walking: short distances for short durations on ceramic tile or linoleum; work surfaces height 36"–48".

Sitting: paperwork completed in office at a desk or table.

Lifting: bulk product deliveries (cases up to 50 lb) unloaded by hand truck; cases stacked up to 72".

Carrying: large cans (~3 lb 7 oz), pizza sauce (~30 lb), trays of dough (~12 lb).

Pushing: trays on dollies (~24"–30") require force up to 7.5 lb.

Climbing: infrequent stairs or ladder use for maintenance.

Stooping/Bending: forward bending at waist at pizza assembly station; durations approx 30–45 sec repeated continuously.

Crouching/Squatting: occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas.

Reaching: continuous up, down, forward; above 72" occasionally.

Hand tasks: eye‑hand coordination essential; frequent use of hands; forceful forearm and wrist use when shaping dough; manipulating pizza peel, rolling cutter, pizza boxes.

Machines, tools, equipment, work aids: pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter, pizza peel.
