REACH Crisis Clinician I or II (Sign‑On Bonus Eligible)
Richmond Behavioral Health is seeking a full‑time Crisis Clinician to perform intermediate‑skill human support work, providing clinical and crisis response services as part of the REACH Clinical team.
Respond to hospitals, family homes, group homes, crisis assessment centers, CSBs and other community locations.
Triage phone calls received on the 24/7 Crisis Response Hotline.
Provide clinical case updates to the REACH team and maintain communication with community partners.
Literally conduct and prepare intake assessments, develop crisis response plans, and complete crisis triage forms.
Collect required data and produce documentation on consumer access and utilization of REACH services.
Complete REACH‑sponsored or required trainings on an ongoing basis.
Utilize the electronic health record for documentation purposes and collaborate with individuals and systems of care.
Attend and/or make presentations at clinical educational teams and multidisciplinary team meetings.
Provide crisis support and back‑up coverage to the Crisis Therapeutic Home when requested.
