From Lasers to Leadership: Advance Aesthetic Dermatology in Tucson! BE/BC Dermatologist with Aesthetic and Laser Focus Faculty Position at the University of Arizona - Tucson. The Department of Dermatology, in partnership with Banner University Medical Group, is hiring a BE/BC Dermatologist to join our clinical faculty. This role will include laser dermatology (medical and aesthetic) along with general dermatological clinical responsibilities at the ambulatory center and key teaching roles for medical students, residents and fellows.
Practice Highlights
Full‑time employment (1.0 FTE)
Mon‑Fri flexible hours with multidisciplinary collaboration (ENT and plastic surgeons)
Up to $460k base salary plus incentives or bonuses
Paid excess call and $100,000 education loan repayment
Laser and aesthetic program coordinated by licensed staff to support clinical operations

Well‑supported clinical operation with MAs, scribes, and on‑site prior‑auth personnel

Qualifications
ABD BE/BC in Dermatology
Valid AZ Medical License upon start
Excellent communicator, able to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
Faculty appointment commensurate with experience
Experience in laser and aesthetics procedures (preferred)
Graduating residents and practicing dermatologists welcome to apply
