RN Clinical Manager, Hospice
Full‑time position located at 11 Campus Blvd Suite 190, Newtown Square, PA 19073. This role reports to the Clinical Director and will lead the hospice interdisciplinary team to deliver the finest hospice services in the country.
Responsibilities
Provide clinical guidance and judgment to promote understanding of and response to patient and family needs.
Participate in performance improvement and quality assurance activities.
Develop and mentor future hospice leaders.
Supervise and support nursing staff, including scheduling and performance management.
Review documentation to ensure clinical quality and compliance.
Lead team meetings, training, and onboarding.
Visit patients in the field as needed.
Qualifications
Hospice experience required with a passion for delivering hospice care.
Desire to lead an interdisciplinary care team.
Registered Nurse license in PA required.
Management experience strongly preferred.
