We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse (RN) for a full-time position in White Rock, NM.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive nursing care to oncology patients, including assessment, treatment, and symptom management.
Administer chemotherapy and other medications per protocols, ensuring patient safety.
Educate patients and families on treatment plans, side effects, and self‑care strategies.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Monitor patient progress, document care accurately, and respond to emergencies promptly.
Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
Qualifications
Strong clinical judgment and ability to provide compassionate, patient‑centered care.
Excellent communication skills and adaptability in a fast‑paced oncology environment.
Registered Nurse (RN) license and experience in medical oncology or related practice preferred.
