We are seeking a dedicated RN for a full-time night shift position in the LDR/Nursery unit at our facility in Festus, Missouri.
Responsibilities
Provide compassionate, high-quality care to mothers and newborns during the labor, delivery, and postpartum stages.
Monitor patient vital signs, progress, and safety, ensuring optimal outcomes.
Assist with prenatal assessments, childbirth, and postpartum care, including patient education.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to safety protocols.
Demonstrate strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
