Role Description
This is a full‑time on‑site position located in Dayton, NV for a Physical Therapist. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing personalized care plans based on evidence‑based practices, and implementing therapeutic interventions to aid in rehabilitation and recovery. The role involves monitoring patient progress, providing education on injury and recovery, and fostering a collaborative healing environment for patients and their families. Additionally, the Physical Therapist will contribute to the positive and supportive atmosphere of Dayton Physical Therapy.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Physical Therapy, including evaluation, assessments, and treatment techniques.
Strong skills in Rehabilitation and Patient Care to provide individualized treatment programs and support patients' recovery goals.
Experience with Medicine and Home Care to deliver effective therapeutic interventions and ensure continuity of care.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with patients, families, and team members.
Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Nevada.
Experience or training in evidence‑based practices is highly valued.
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with innovative treatment techniques.
