Position Description
Ryder is immediately hiring a Permanent Full Time Case Picker Associate in Kalamazoo, MI.
Warehouse positions pay weekly.
Hourly pay $20.00 per hour plus $2.00 per hour shift premium.
We want the right Warehouse Employees to join us at Ryder to work with State of the Art Equipment in the Safest Warehouse Environment.

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
One (1) year or more previous warehouse experience preferred.
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
Must have adequate math skills.
Able to recognize and read location codes and product codes.
Meet and exceed established Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors).
Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills.
Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices.
Important Note Some positions require additional screening that may include employment and education verification; motor vehicle records check and a road test; and/or badging or background requirements of the customer to which you are assigned.
