Customer Service Representative
Pay : $25.00/hr - $25.00/hr
We’re hiring a
Customer Service Representative
to manage customer orders, handle inquiries, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment. This role is ideal for someone with customer service experience in a manufacturing or automotive environment who can handle multiple tasks and work independently.
Key Responsibilities
Process and verify customer orders for accuracy
Respond to customer inquiries related to orders, changes, and delivery status
Update order details and customer records in internal systems (SAP or similar ERP)
Coordinate with Production, Inventory, and Quality teams to meet customer requirements
Maintain order files, bills of material, and routing instructions
Prepare and send order confirmations, daily reports, invoices, and shipping documents
Support Quality team during new product or process launches
Provide backup support to team members when needed
Perform general administrative and system maintenance tasks
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
2+ years of customer service experience (manufacturing or automotive preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email systems
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Willingness to work overtime and weekends if required
Preferred Skills
Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
Experience coordinating with production or operations teams
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
