Customer Service Representative

WHAT YOU WOULD DO:
Assist utility customers by phone and in person regarding changes in service, billing inquiries, payment arrangements and other utility services. Full-time and part-time positions are available and hours may include days, evenings and weekends. The anticipated start date is May 2026.
QUALIFICATIONS: Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, customer service work experience, and familiarity with MS Office Products. Successful members of our Customer Service team are creative problem solvers, demonstrate superior written and verbal communication skills, and have flexible schedules.
BENEFITS: Employees and dependents are eligible for medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance and disability insurance. Employees are enrolled in WA State PERS and may enroll in deferred compensation plans. Employees receive eight hours of vacation leave and sick leave each month and twelve paid holidays each calendar year.
SALARY: Salary ranges are market based. With demonstrated full competency in the role and satisfactory performance, employees are generally positioned to reach midpoint of the established range over time, based on continued performance and development.
