About Us Connect Pelvic Health and Physical Therapy serves the Dallas/Acworth community with one-hour, one-on-one pelvic health and ortho care. Cash-based, patient-first, mentorship-driven.
Role Treat ~7 patients/day in 55–60 minute sessions, own clear plans of care, collaborate with a supportive team, and help educate the community.

Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat pelvic health and ortho cases, including internal and external pelvic floor assessments
Build outcomes-driven plans of care
Document efficiently
Participate in light community/social education
Confidently discuss the plan of care
Qualifications
Licensed Physical Therapist in GA (DPT), Occupational Therapists are also welcome to apply
Herman & Wallace Pelvic 1 or willingness to complete
Strong communicator and educator
Passion and interest for pelvic health
Pelvic floor experience welcomed but not required- we provide mentorship and training
Schedule
Start date: ASAP or within 2–6 weeks
