We are seeking a motivated and customer‑oriented Parts Sales Counterperson I to join our team at Papé Group’s Agriculture & Turf Division in Harrisburg, OR.
What You’ll Do As the go‑to parts expert, you will engage customers face‑to‑face or over the phone to identify their needs, recommend solutions, and ensure they receive the correct parts in a timely and accurate manner. This role is about building trust: you’ll translate technical details into actionable support, build lasting relationships, and contribute to a positive team environment.
What You Need
Verifiable parts counter experience or applicable mechanical/service experience.
Basic knowledge of parts inventory.
Self‑motivation and assertive drive.
Ability to perform at a high level in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
Effective communication skills (telephone and in‑person) to sell company parts and services.
Above‑average organizational skills.
Compensation $20+ per hour (depending on experience).
