As a Direct Support Professional, you’ll work one‑on‑one with your clients inside their homes, supporting them with the following types of activities:
Light housekeeping, including organizing and basic cleaning
Personal activities such as dressing, grooming and assisting with meals
Accompanying clients to any events outside the home
Assisting clients with their goals as assigned by the IST
Eligibility Requirements
Letter of reference showing 1 year of experience
Access to insured and reliable transportation
Dedication to professional development, including organizational and state‑required training
Caregivers must comply with state background screening requirements. Compensation, benefits and time off vary by state and location, so please ask for complete details at your interview.
