Job Code: PCN 78471 Location: Middletown, CT Part‑Time, 32 hours per week – Third Shift (11:10 pm – 7:10 am) Week 1 days off: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday / Week 2 days off: Friday, Saturday, Thursday About the Department

Implement nursing process individually and with interdisciplinary team Perform assessments, dressings, and monitor patient condition Document nursing interventions and maintain controlled substance records Respond to emergencies; maintain availability of medications and supplies Participate in treatment plan development, outpatient clinic work, and training as needed Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited nursing program Current registered nurse license in Connecticut or multistate/compact license Experience in pediatric or behavioral health settings (preferred) Knowledge of nursing theory, medication management, and interdisciplinary collaboration Special Requirements
