The UCLA Center for Cannabis and Cannabinoids is seeking a part‑time Nurse Practitioner (up to 4 hours per week) to support ongoing clinical research projects. The Nurse Practitioner works directly with the Principal Investigator (PI), the Medical Monitor, Co‑Investigators, Staff Research Associates, postdoctoral fellows, and trainees in the performance of duties related to the conduct of investigational drug studies with human subjects. The role is a 10% position that will last approximately one year.
Job Duties
Enrollment and safety assessments of study participants
Conducting non‑drug study visits in preparation for and follow‑up from drug administration visits
Facilitation of drug administration visits in accordance with study protocols
Participate in investigator and research team meetings on a case‑by‑case basis, as required by the study protocol
