as a Speech Therapist in both North and South Palm Beach County. VNA is a 50‑year‑old home health agency that is growing and looking to hire dedicated therapists.
Responsibilities
Ensure delivery of quality speech therapy services and provide case management for patients.
Conduct comprehensive assessments and coordinate agency services with family members and local healthcare professionals.
Work with the care team to determine patients’ home care needs while using VNA’s case‑management model.
Qualifications
Licensed Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) in Florida.
Experience delivering home‑care or outpatient speech therapy preferred.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
