Job Description TalkPath Live partners with schools to provide teletherapy services to students, during school hours, and is currently hiring a licensed and experienced occupational therapist for a slow-build caseload on a contractual (1099) basis. This is a truly rewarding opportunity for caring therapists who are looking for flexible hours, autonomy, and a deep sense of fulfillment that comes with affecting a real impact in their students' lives.
Basic Qualifications
Therapists should be independent, creative, flexible, and comfortable working on their own computers from home
Excellent communication skills via email and phone
Full licensure in your state of residence, allowing independent clinical practice
Full licensure in state(s) where TPL is hiring, or willingness to become licensed
Department of Education credential (or willingness to obtain) in states where required
Functional understanding of electronic devices
A reliable Internet connection and a private space or office, free from distractions, in which to practice
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with school-based practice
Experience providing remote, virtual services
Support and Reasons to work with us
A paid orientation is provided
Flexible scheduling and respect for your availability (during school hours)
Responsive leadership team who answers your questions quickly
Templates for the logistics of practice to reduce administrative time
Comprehensive assessment library
Opportunities for growth and leadership
Support to cross-credential or license in mutually agreeable states
Support and resources if you are transitioning from a medical or home health setting to school-based telepractice
