Breast Cancer Navigator RN – Hematology & Oncology
Location: Beaverton, OR. The role provides personalized navigation and support for breast cancer patients across diagnosis, treatment, and recovery.
Responsibilities
Provide personalized navigation and support to breast cancer patients through diagnosis, treatment, and recovery phases.
Coordinate care among multidisciplinary teams, ensuring timely access to services and resources.
Educate patients on treatment options, side effects, and self‑care strategies.
Assist with scheduling, referrals, and emotional support to enhance patient experience.
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to safety and compliance standards.
Qualifications
Registered Nursing (RN) license.
Strong communication, empathy, organizational abilities, and clinical knowledge.
Experience in oncology or breast cancer navigation preferred.
