Position Summary The Clinic Manager I provides direct supervision of бур ежедневныхoperations and is responsible for ensuring that the clinic and staff maintain ethical, professional, service and regulatory standards. This individual is responsible for coaching and mentoring staff, physicians and advance practice providers to successfully practice to the full capability of their role.
Responsibilities As a visible and accountable leader, the Clinic Manager I translates senior leadership's vision into actionable outcomes.
Success in this role requires strong skills in change management and performance improvement, along with foundational knowledge in business operations, revenue cycle, and healthcare systems. The role also demands business acumen to drive process improvements and support program development across the clinics under their oversight.
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's degree
4 yrs exp in a professional or technical role/function
2 yrs exp in a supervisory or lead capacity
Consideration may be given to internal candidates not meeting reconnamin the minimum qualifications

Pay and Benefit Expectations We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $73,869anticipated - $106,292.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
