Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced ICU setting, monitoring vital signs and administering medications.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
Assess patient conditions, respond to emergencies, and ensure safety protocols are followed.
Educate patients and families about treatment plans and post-discharge care.
Maintain accurate documentation and comply with healthcare regulations.
