We are looking for a passionate clinician who will lead a dynamic team and bring an energetic, positive approach while working with students.

About Little Heroes Home Little Heroes Home is a group home treatment setting for latency‑aged clients specializing in trauma‑informed care. We provide 24‑hour comprehensive care that includes full clinical staff, nursing staff, and direct care staff.

We provide training in cutting‑edge treatment models, such as the ARC framework, Sensory Motor Arousal Regulation Treatment (SMART) and Neurofeedback Therapy. Ongoing monthly professional development is offered through SMART and Family Therapy consultation. Clinical supervision is provided within a multidisciplinary team, and we offer assistance in obtaining licensure if needed.

Compensation The pay range for this position is

$50,000

to

$75,000

per year. The actual compensation may vary based on experience, education, licensure, certifications, and qualifications.

Training and Development

Develop skills in providing treatment and comprehensive assessments through individual, group, and family therapy.

Create innovative, individualized treatment plans to support students as they work toward clinical and treatment goals.

Manage a caseload of students to build life skills such as cooking, banking, vocational skills, and more, supporting their self‑confidence and success.

Responsibilities

Lead dynamic team and bring positive approach while working with students.

Provide physical interventions and verbal de‑escalations to ensure a safe therapeutic environment.

Deliver individual, group, and family therapy, including comprehensive assessments.

Create and implement individualized treatment plans.

Manage caseload and facilitate life skills development.

Maintain documentation and comply with organizational policies.

Participate in clinical supervision and help obtain or maintain licensure.

Qualifications

Minimum age 21 years.

Master’s Degree in Social Work required.

Clinical licensure (LCSW, LMHC, LICSW) or eligibility to sit for licensure.

Valid driver’s license (transportation of students required).

Availability for evenings, holidays, weekend shifts as required.

Background and driving record checks will be performed.
