We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated RN for our Cardiac Rehab department in Whitehouse, TX.
Responsibilities
Assess patient condition and develop individualized rehab plans.
Monitor vital signs and provide education on lifestyle modifications.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Ensure patient safety and comfort during therapy sessions.
